Dawn in the service department at Clay Cooley is very patient, understanding, caring, and nice to talk with. I've been in there twice in the same month with 2 unrelated issues on my 2024 Ford Escape ST-L patient, understanding, caring, and nice to talk with. I've been in there twice in the same month with 2 unrelated issues on my 2024 Ford Escape ST-Line with under 11k miles, and although I'm not happy with the quality from Ford, Dawn has been very professional and listened to my concerns. I came in for an oil change and they charge me for a 6cylinder oil change when my truck is a v4 and had the nerve to say why didn’t I say anything.. it’s not my job to say.. Spoke to Nacho, when I dropped it off, told him some of the issues going into it. Yet, never called about anything. I went days without hearing from him. And when I picked up the truck, I asked him several the issues going into it. Yet, never called about anything. I went days without hearing from him. He kept on saying yes.I had the truck for 24 hours before having more issues then when I brought it in. He claimed it was just a result of the age of the car. When I called asking if anyone drove it to confirm that it wasn't a fluke thing. They said that they only went off the report from the first time. No one drove it because of the noise, which I told them at the beginning it was there since I bought the car. No one drove it, in the first visit either. Just going off a computer readout, which I did before I brought it in. After talking about the issue, they told me if they just repaired what I asked then whats the point of them. Extremely rude and I will never use them again. Cost me $1600 to be lied too, and it created a situation where I now have to trade my truck in because of what they did. More
