The lack of response was disappointing. I have been a customer for about 3 years and worked with 4 different service advisors. All were very responsive except for this last time. I was switched to Marc customer for about 3 years and worked with 4 different service advisors. All were very responsive except for this last time. I was switched to Marc after my previous service advisor resigned from your company. After the resignation, my replies to Marc were not returned timely as I'm use to from Don Davis Service Advisors.
