Its always a huge chore to bring a vehicle into this service department has been for many years. I've continued occasionally to have work done there due to my loyalty to their sales department however I service department has been for many years. I also should not have been liable for the one that should have been replaced in june when we brought it in and spent hours while still in warranty. More

Chick and his team went above and beyond taking care of our new Ford that had serious engine issues with less than 500 miles.
