I had a 7 am appointment. I arrived at about 6:50 and there were about 6 vehicles in front of me. The door did not open until 7:30. I had scheduled the appointment for an oil change and a state safety in there were about 6 vehicles in front of me. The door did not open until 7:30. I had scheduled the appointment for an oil change and a state safety inspection. It was finally completed at about 10:30. I was prepared to wait, but I never imagined it would be 4 hours. I think making appointments for 7 am when you don't open the doors until 7:30 is annoying. DId everyone have 7 am appointments? Either way the appointment system just a complete scam. I will drop off in the future since I can't depend on a reasonable wait otherwise. More

Mr. Davis was amazing. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed of my car. I would highly recommend him and will definitely asked for him in the future. I have never been a fan of the sales dept. I've had 3 leases with Lincoln and this last one I planned on getting with Don Davis since I'm now in Texas. The experience was so awful, I went back to the dea leases with Lincoln and this last one I planned on getting with Don Davis since I'm now in Texas. The experience was so awful, I went back to the dealership in Minnesota and they shipped me my car. That being said, the service department WAS awesome whenever I have taken my car in. That too has suffered a decline in service. When I took my car in, 3 people walked past me without acknowledging me at all. I waited about 10 mins before someone said something. Then when I came back to pick up my car, same scenario. Nobody asked what I was there for or let me know that they saw me and would be with me soon. I am now looking for another dealership who can service my car. I will not be returning to Don Davis. More

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by your Service Manager, Chuck on September 21, 2020, at your Service Department located in Arlington. I have been a loyal customer service provided by your Service Manager, Chuck on September 21, 2020, at your Service Department located in Arlington. I have been a loyal customer with your dealership for nearly seven years and have spent thousands of dollars with your establishment over those years. Though my previous service advisors, Jason K. and Billy Cox were always professional, courteous, and respectful, I found my interaction with your current Service Manager to be unprofessional, dismissive and discourteous. In addition to not wearing a face covering, when I attempted to thank your service manager for finally being responsive to my attempt at servicing my vehicle, he walked away with no return acknowledgment leaving Krystal Reyes to apologize for his impolite behavior and curt departure. Don Davis Ford has one of the worst service centers ever. I had to call them to set an appointment for a recall and the phone person transferred me to the service center, After an hour of calling and being I had to call them to set an appointment for a recall and the phone person transferred me to the service center, After an hour of calling and being put on hold so many times by three different people and leaving a voice message with two different managers. One with rowdy and not sure the others name. Still no appointment. The next day Rowdy called and he asked me if I was able to make an appointment and I said no. I explained how this shouldn't be so hard and it feels like I'm begging just to get my car in for service and being put on hold so many times and he can go back and listen to the recordings to see how many people I spoke with and how nice and respectful I am and still is speaking with him. He had Larry a service advisor call me back and I told him I received a letter about the door latch recall and I wanted to get it fixed and for them to take a look at my transmission because it's under warranty still. He made the appointment for 9/21/20 for 8am. I pulled in and there was a Lincoln and a Corvette in front of me and 4 people rushed to them and I waited next to my poor Ford Focus. A few minutes passed no one said anything to me just awkward silence and eye contact. Both cars had been driven off. One person had to go into the building passed next to me and said someone will be with you. I waited and people are staring at me inside the building and finally and older man came out not Larry and asked me if I had been helped. I told him no and he looked up my information and told me that he can get me in to check the transmission but not the recall because they are behind at least two weeks to get that done. I told him why didn't Rowdy or Larry tell me that and I made myself clear to several different people I wanted to have the recall done and transmission checked only. He went back inside to speak with Larry and told me I would have to bring my car back or leave it for two weeks. I told him I had to take vacation time to be here and they wasted my time he stated that Rowdy will call me back to set another appointment. It's 9/26/20 and no call back! I found AutoNation Ford and I called them I made and appointment and for Saturday go figure for both my concerns, only took 5 minutes thank God! I'm still waiting for my phone call from Don Davis. What in the world is going on there! More
