Appointment was easy to make online. Only complaint is a minor one, but I made 2 phone calls that weren't returned trying to get an update on the progress of my vehicle. They had my car for 4 days total. Only got a call on day 3 to say it would be ready the following day. Since they discontinued the complimentary shuttle due to COVID, it would have helped to arrange a ride to pick up my car. Not a big deal and the work was done well and overall I am pleased. Would definitely use them again. More

I've had 3 unacceptable services with Billy Cox and Don Davis Ford service department. I do not recommend their services. Not sure if fraudulent acts are taking place or not, with warranty company's paying Davis Ford service department. I do not recommend their services. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. When I arrived for my appointment, the service advisor I scheduled with had not worked at this location for over 2 months. Instead I had a service advisor w arrived for my appointment, the service advisor I scheduled with had not worked at this location for over 2 months. Instead I had a service advisor who has horrible etiquette. I went in for an oil change and for them to check a rattling noise in my truck. Upon checking in with the advisor, he collected my info for my truck and then walked back into his office. Five minutes later, he pokes his head out and said, "Did you need sonething else?" I wasn't sure if he gathered all my info as he just walked off and didn't say anything. I waited in the lobby for the oil change which took over 4 hours for them to just complete! If an oil change is going to take that long, you tell your guest about the estimate or you check in with them if there is a delay. I had to walk into his office and ask why it's taking so long. The only response I got was, "they are working on it." No insights or nothing... I have a maintenance plan with them, but I would prefer to not use it and go elsewhere. They simply did not care about my time, so I will not give them any more of my money. This service department needs a total overhaul. More
