Their Service Dept last two years has been so disappointing & such poor Service. Year ago Steven was our Serv Rep & they had our Car for ten days & we only recd a phone from him on first day to upsell us with Brake, Transmission, Power steering, Radiator flushes. We called each day about 5 to obtain current status & never got call back. Their Manager Gregg Ford promised it would be better next time. So we took our Explorer in recently & same bad Service issues. Trim Dept two weeks behind, Transmission Dept four weeks behind. Our Service Advisor was David & same problems, we called each day around 5 to obtain current status & never got call back. Only way to talk to them is drive to Dealership if u have another car. Cashiers were good about tracking them down once or twice while u wait on hold but David just like Steven will never call back. I called the Service Manager Rowdy and left him three voice mails over five days to please call me back & its now been ten days & still no phone call. Terrible Customer Service from Manager on down. Assume they don't care about bad Reviews & running off loyal Customers to another Ford Dealership. Rowdy must assume being inconsiderate, rude, disrespectful & running off Customers will make his job easier. He does not seem to comprehend that they are not just running off my Business, he is also running off Business from my Daughters, Sons, Sisters, Brothers, Friends etc. etc. etc. How disappointing and sad such a Good Dealership has gone so far downhill. More

I have been very very pleased with the service of my Lincoln and the courtesy of your service department. However I must complain about my visit on 2/24/2020, I arrived around 11:00am and my car was not Lincoln and the courtesy of your service department. Worst Auto Repair Experience Ever On Monday afternoon February 17,.2020,, I brought my Ford Explorer, which I bought at this dealership, in to get an estimate for repair/replacement of On Monday afternoon February 17,.2020,, I brought my Ford Explorer, which I bought at this dealership, in to get an estimate for repair/replacement of certain minor items--rear window wiper that is not working, broken hood and rear window struts, and broken front passenger seat. After waiting for several minutes with no one coming to ask if I needed help, I went looking for someone, and a Mr. Larry Davis finally came out of his office. We went over the items, and I agreed tp leave the vehicle with him to get the estimate, and he advised he would call me with an update. No timeframe was mentioned and I had arranged for a car rental, as I assumed it would be a couple of days to get the estimate and decide if I wanted to proceed with the work. I heard nothing at all from Mr. Davis;, and so on Tuesday at 400PM, I started calling Don Davis Ford, but no one answered the phone even after 10-12 rings. So on Wednesday morning, I started calling at 800AM, and continued calling all day, but each time there was no answer. A couple of times, I let it ring up to 20-25 times, and someone would eventually answer, and then hang up!. Finally, I drove to your location, and went to Larry Davis' office. He had no explanation (or apology) for why nobody would answer the phone and went to check on my vehicle. When he returned, he said they would probably not even start looking at it until Friday of that week. At that point, I told him to get the vehicle and forget the estimate. He brought the vehicle around, handed me the key and walked away. I asked if he was even going to offer an apology, he replied that he "felt he didn't owe me one" since he claimed he had told me when I left the vehicle on Monday that it would be "at least five days before they could even look at it". When I told him he had never said that to me, he replied that he was not going to argue with me, and walked away. I was really shocked by how rude and unconcerned Mr. Davis was. What kind of "customer service" is that?? So, my conclusion after dealing with a dealership that refuses to even answer the phone during normal business hours, and a so-called "Service Advisor" as rude and incompetent as Larry Davis, I will never bring my vehicle to you for servicing again. Furthermore, after having bought two new Ford Explorers from Don Davis Ford Arlington in the past, and now being in the market to buy my next Ford Explorer, I can promise you I will NOT buy anything else from Don Davis Arlington, or any Don Davis dealership. If chasing away customers is what you pay Larry Davis, and the people who refuse to even answer the phone to do, then Don Davis Ford Arlington is succeeding! The End. More
