My F250 Super Duty had a severe wobble in the steering when hitting bumps at highway speeds. The steering damper is the fault and it is apparently a common issue. Apparently Ford has a new fix and thanks to Larry Davis and Rowdy Hickox I am back on the road and my pickup has the steering I would expect! More
The diagnostic capabilities need improvement It is taking too many repeat visits to resolve problems with my vehicle (i.e., chirping in A/C, windshield wiper blades, dragging in rear brakes, sput It is taking too many repeat visits to resolve problems with my vehicle (i.e., chirping in A/C, windshield wiper blades, dragging in rear brakes, sputtering whenever gas is put into my 2016 MKZ). After the recommended fuel induction service and the replacement of a fuel sensor the sputtering problem still continues. As a customer I hear too much, "We weren't able to duplicate it." As I read over the service details, it appears that something in the servicing of my vehicle just wasn't done correctly the first time. Case in point the work described in the repair of the dragging in my rear brakes. I had a service advisor actually tell me that my brand new windshield wiper blades needed to "wear down" a bit to stop the terrible noise they were making. I get this and similar responses to frequently. I am waiting for a response regarding the price match I submitted to purchase tires! Finally, it is unreasonably difficult to reach the service department staff, a voice mail message seems to fall into a black hole, rarely is there a callback. More

He listened to me and found the voltage drop/short that was keeping the battery from charging. Do to the nature of the repair he was also able to fix the door latch re-call while waiting to be sure the charge was holding. That's thinking. I just wanted the truck to start when I turned the key and was thinking of nothing else. Mike Cahill More
