Problems I had a tire issue. It took 10 calls to get a tire fixed, which was included in the purchase of the car. It seems as if sales and financing are writ I had a tire issue. Apparently the service advisor who was ordering my tire left the company. You would think after two calls to two different service managers someone would have let me know this. I finally received a call from the head of sales after he was my last resort. He called me back promptly and soon after a new services advisor called. He seemed to be the most helpful one at the dealership. The service department at Don Davis Ford needs to better communicate with customers. More
Not pleased with their service department. Car sat for a week before being looked at for a repair that took maybe an hour. I had my oil changed and tires rotated and I was out in an hour. That is still a long wait I know, but nothing compared to what it has been for the last 3+ years! My experience with an appointment for an oil change was bad Took me 25 minutes to get to the dealership for an oil change. Had a appointment at 1:00pm. Was told I would have to wait 2 to 3 hours before they could get to it. The person who worked with me said the reservation people do this all the time and I should come in at 7 or 7:30 am. I asked who I could complain to and he told me Eric was on the way. He took a long time to come to me and I considered he may just.be taking a long time to hope I would just drive off. Eric later told me he was the only manager on duty and he was busy with other issues. He asked me if he could get me out in a hour and a half. Told me it took that long to complete an oil change. I waited and the oil change was complete at 2:15. My experience will prevent me from being a Don Davis customer when I buy my wife a new Ford. So the time went from a 2 to 3 hour wait to get to the job started to getting me out in one hour and 15 minutes. More
