Pleasant, professional, and (almost) timely. -- If a customer sets up an appointment for 7:30AM, then the assigned customer service rep should be there a few minutes early to facilitate servicing -- If a customer sets up an appointment for 7:30AM, then the assigned customer service rep should be there a few minutes early to facilitate servicing the customer. I DID arrive a bit early (by my design). My designated rep wasn't yet available. But another rep (male with a beard - I think - don't remember his name) 'fielded' me and got my vehicle processed in. Punctuality shows that a business cares for its customers! -- When a customer has to wait longer than an hour for their vehicle to be serviced and is waiting, the customer service rep should make an effort to insure that the customer is informed of the approximate timeframe that the vehicle should be ready. -- The indoor and outdoor waiting areas were nice and clean. I didn't use the Wi-Fi but saw that it was available. More

The WORST service department EVER Every single visit here is horrible. I am not exaggerating. This time I was told 1.5 to 2 hours for an oil change at 25,000 miles. It’s always longer Every single visit here is horrible. I am not exaggerating. This time I was told 1.5 to 2 hours for an oil change at 25,000 miles. It’s always longer here than any other dealership I have ever dealt with. However, it was going into three hours and I was done. I opted to not take a shuttle since I had a couple of calls to conduct and figured it was easier to get things done there, than take extra drive time. Once they finished the oil changed he cane to tell me they were washing and vacuuming it out and then they would be done. That was 45 more minutes to the three hour mark when I walked out to see where my car was, only to find it parked right in front of the service door. I walked in and requested my paperwork so I could leave. She called the guy and he told her he was “working” on it. When he finally walked out he gave me a report on the condition of my car and handed me my key saying everything was fine and maybe just wiper blades. There was no other paperwork that they usually have me sign off on. Then I walked out to my car to find the mat paper and seat plastic cover STILL in there for ME to have to dispose of. I am so done with your dealership. I will never buy another vehicle here and will make sure all my friends know how horrible your service department is. I requested a loaner vehicle and was told they didn’t have any. Yet when I bought the car he said I would even be able to have a car delivered to me while they picked up mine. Nope. I can’t emphasize this enough. Your service is the slowest and worst department I have ever seen in 48 years on this planet. You were not even busy when I brought mine in. Disgusting service. More
