Atrocious service and communication I want to start by saying, I am not upset with Don Davis or Ford for the factory recall or how long it took to replace my fuel tank and door hatch. (although I heard from an associate that a near by dealer was able to get the part in a week, not like my 6 month wait) What I am upset with is the absolutely horrible communication. Over the last 6 months Billy, Tye, and the other managers of the service center consistently failed to communicate with me. Every time my focus was in the service center I had to call to figure out what was going on with my car. I don't know if I was lied to, or that the service center was not on the same page, but I was never given correct info on how long repairs would take or what repair was taking place. This whole process with Don Davis has made me never want to buy a Ford ever again. More

A tire was previously inappropriately sealed and now leaks requiring replacement. We made an appointment for Noon on Thursday, the kid who intakes the information(never identified himself) told me that you all were super busy, had too many appointments and had no idea when it would be done. Unacceptable, after complaining and the kid spoke to Dee the service manager, suddenly it was possible. Furthermore, upon picking up my vehicle, Arian (who was not present to take my vehicle initially for my scheduled appointment) literally gets out of car, hands me the keys and says nothing as he walks away. xxxx poor customer service from start to finish. Seems like we are lesser valued customers because we bought the CareGuard. In hindsight that now seems like a mistake. More
Terrible Communication Billy Cox was my service provider. When he was on vacation, no one called me back. I called 6 times with assurances someone would call me back. The final time I spoke with Greg Ford and finally got an answer. This should not be the case. A customer should get status updates on a regular basis. Ilene was rude the first time I spoke with her. The subsequent times she was a little nicer because she realized no one had been calling us back. Very disappointed with Don Davis. I do not believe I will be buying any additional vehicles from here just so I do not have to deal with the service department. My last experience with this service department was the same way! More
