Shutting down the truck service area for drop off has made a simple process cumbersome and timely. I would recommend this service center if the truck service area was reopened to the customer. More

I was told it might be 48 hours before it could be checked out, just because there were a lot of other air conditioning cases ahead of mine. That was right on the money. Steven called me on the third day with a diagnosis: A $4.00 part had cracked and had to be replaced. I needed a Freon recharge, of course, but that was it. I was very pleased that no one tried to sell me a new compressor, an air duct cleaning, or anything else that I didn’t need. That’s one of the reasons I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for service since 2004. More

They rotated and balanced the tires (even though I forgot to put the wheel lock key where they could see it). Rumble is now fading and I am a happy customer. More
