Warranty work Brought my 2018 F-350 diesel platinum in for scheduled service. Had 2:30 appointment was told would be 2 1/2 hour wait. Got back 4 hours later and che Brought my 2018 F-350 diesel platinum in for scheduled service. Had 2:30 appointment was told would be 2 1/2 hour wait. Got back 4 hours later and checked invoice. Was charged for oil charged for oil change and no record of if DEF was added or even checked. I’ve been having service there for many years. Seems service has gone to pot recently. I’m sorry to see Joe is no longer service writerI I’m going to check out other Ford dealerships in the area in the future. More

Car not properly checked I originally had my car towed in on 2/22. The car was not thoroughly checked because the time was not taken to find a loaner car for me to drive. As I originally had my car towed in on 2/22. The car was not thoroughly checked because the time was not taken to find a loaner car for me to drive. As a result I had to have my car towed in again 2 weeks later. The problem was with the keypad. That could have been detected the first time. That did not occur all of a sudden. I really dislike coming to the service center because this is the third negative experience I have had. More

lazy, inconsiderate, unprofessional I had an appt, at 12 noon, for a stereo issue. I was told the stereo guy would be there between 12-1230. I arrive at 1145. I was checked in by another tech. I was sent to the waiting area. I sat there until 150 pm, before I decided to go ask questions on where I was in the process. I ask the question and wait at least another 20 mins before anyone can be found with an answer. Finally, someone walks over to me and tells me the stereo guy isnt even there. He called and said he wouldn't be there until around 4-430. I said, why is it that you couldn't come tell me this when you found out about it? I sat up there for 2 hours and accomplished nothing. I asked for my vehicle to be brought to me because I wasn't waiting any longer. The service guy I was scheduled with, did not even know I was his customer. More
