Misleading and time consuming Misleading paper ad, then i take time to make an appointment and it takea 2.5 hours to do an oil change. Far Too Long I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and had to wait for the service manager, two other team members from Ford checked with me before the serv I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and had to wait for the service manager, two other team members from Ford checked with me before the service manager made an appearance. Both other team members tried to find the service manager and could not. I was then presented with services that I assumed were in my service plan and only when I noticed a cost on the iPad and questioned this was I told they would be an up charge of over $600. After 2.5 hours I was told my truck had the oil change completed and I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes before I received my truck. More

Service was fine, wait was awful I tried to make an appointment online and couldn’t, so I had to call the service drive to make an appointment. My appointment was for 11:00 and I pulled in on time. Turns out the Service Advisor I had an appointment with wasn’t even there. Another Service Advisor helped me instead. He said it would be 1 1/2 hours to perform maintenance. I wait in the customer lounge, talk to the giant water bug waltzing across the floor, grab a snack from the vending machine and wait 2 1/2 hours. I then walk to to the cashier and ask where the heck my truck is at in the service bays. Turns out, my advisor went to lunch and I’m just rotting away because he’s not there - but my truck is done. So, there’s not someone else who can get me out the door? This scenario has actually happened to me more than once where I’m stranded at the dealership because someone went to lunch. Not cool Don Davis Ford. Come up with a plan to keep the drive moving during people’s lunch hours. I shouldn’t have to hunt down my vehicle every time I need an oil change. More
