Long wait I brought my car in for an oil change and to check the tire pressure. I pulled into the service bay at 4:05pm, car was pulled to the back at 4:08pm. And I was leaving the dealership at 5:55pm. The did the oil change, rotated and filled the tires, and checked fluids. This took almost 2 full hours. I think it took way too long. More

Over 3 hours for an oil change! I purchased a package for oil change, tire rotation, car wash when I bought my Lincoln MKX. Bad customer service from Service Dept Called Don Davis Ford Service because oil light came on my BRAND NEW 2018 FORD EDGE I had just purchased from them . I only owned it a little over a month I explained that to service dept yet they wanted me to PAY for a oil change since I didn't purchase the maintenance package!! I even asked to speak to Service Manger but they were busy so left a voice mail. NEVER RECEIVED A CALLED BACK!!! I just had bought the car and barely put any miles on it!! Why should I pay? Yet the SERVICE DEPT was NO HELP! Had to get a hold of the NEW CAR Sales Manger to get it straighten out! So uncalled for! More
