Excellent help The Service Mgr, Greg, went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of, repairs complete, and anything possible to make sure my car was in The Service Mgr, Greg, went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of, repairs complete, and anything possible to make sure my car was in good condition. Due to multiple warranty repair needs, which were not at all the dealership's fault, he filed claims with Ford to try and obtain the best coverage for my car. He made sure I had a car to drive while mine was being repaired and the claim was being filed. More

Poor service no communication I purchased a pre-owned certified vehicle and paid cash for my Lincoln MKX. First that process is a nightmare because at every turn was told I should I purchased a pre-owned certified vehicle and paid cash for my Lincoln MKX. First that process is a nightmare because at every turn was told I should Finance through you. Why? I paid cash! The vehicle had defective headlights and when I told and showed my sales person (Bo) he said I would be called right away. I waited 24 hours and called Bo back because service has not contacted me, in the meantime he convinced me to take the vehicle home anyway. Service finally calls and says they cannot get me I’m for three days. So I wait until Monday, bring the car in at the appointed time. They have no record of (Stephen ) making the appointment with me. He failed to show up for work that day. And the car I was promised that would be waiting for me was not arranged for either. I waited 40 minutes to get that straight, then they tell me they need my car for three days. On day FIVE I called and they said they needed my insurance info before they would fix the car. I refused because this is a warranty fix. Finally two more days go by and the car is ready. I go pick it up, and they only fixed two of the three issues. I am fed up with Don Davis and the whole experience. And I have to find someone else to fix what should be a warranty issue More

my 16 yr old daughters car was returned hood open my daughters Focus was in for recall and was repaired but when it was returned the hood was not closed. I was leading her back to our house in Grand P my daughters Focus was in for recall and was repaired but when it was returned the hood was not closed. I was leading her back to our house in Grand Prairie and I saw the hood bouncing up and down on the highway. I pulled over with her in the side of 360 south and closed the hood. I just saved your dealership the cost of my daughter's life if that hood had flown up on the highway. Pay attention to basic service. More

Horrible service department I was sold a truck with an extended warranty. I was told that all I had to do is drive the truck and not worry about anything out of the ordinary beca I was sold a truck with an extended warranty. I was told that all I had to do is drive the truck and not worry about anything out of the ordinary because I would be covered. The brakes went out in the first couple months, despite it being a certified used truck. This problem was only resolved after making a public complaint on the website. Now the engine is having trouble, they are 3 days behind on even looking at the truck and no loaner will be available for at least a week. This loaner was promised to me by the salesman, if I purchased the warranty. I tried to speak to the service manager, I was told they would leave a message for him. When I asked for his last name, I was hung up on. This company will sell you empty promises, empty promises that you will pay for, for years. More
