Could not get anyone to return my calls for 3 days Took my car in for my scheduled appointment. My car on/off function was not working properally. I was told I would be called that same day to let me k Took my car in for my scheduled appointment. My car on/off function was not working properally. I was told I would be called that same day to let me know if my car needed to stay over night. I received no call day one so I called day two during the day and no one ever called my back. I called again on day three and was told again someone would call be back and no one did. We had to physically go to the dealership to find out in person what was going on. Once arriving and talking with multiple people for 30-45 minutes I was told what was wrong with my car and that it would only take 10 minutes to fix. I know this because James (the mechanic) came out and personally told us this and apologized that none of the service reps returned my phone calls. James was the only positive outcome of the situation. I would not be this upset if this was the first time, but sadly I have been shown the same lack of customer service here two times before. More

Bad Communication My car(2018) was in the service center for three weeks. Only communication I received was when I called them and they still did not have any answers. Doesn’t understand time management! I went to Don Davis one day and they kept it for two. I called them to see if my car was ready.
