Not for routine service I wanted to get my car serviced at the dealership but this service department is just never an easy stop. Over 3 hours just for an oil change/tire ro I wanted to get my car serviced at the dealership but this service department is just never an easy stop. Over 3 hours just for an oil change/tire rotation isn't worth the time it takes me to drive there so I'll be limiting my visits here to warranty service only when there's no other choice. Plus, the "free" wash promised to me as a Lincoln owner hasn't happened in the last two visits (first, the machine was down waiting on a part and this time, there was no washer (?) there) so that promise is a bust. Monique was nice, but a service advisor can't make up for slowwww service and that non-existent promised extra wash. Sorry, Don Davis, but your service department is not my first choice any more. More

Disappointment My car had a recall and they scheduled me for an appointment. When I drove up there and dropped off my car , they called me after six hours just to te My car had a recall and they scheduled me for an appointment. No call back Vehicle was sold without a wiper arm assembly. Service dept would pay for labor but not the arm assembly and wiper. They never called back to let me know motor was in. Left message for manager still no calls. Went to rockwall ford..they fixed me up in one visit. More

BAD SERVICE I HAVE USED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR THE LAST TIME. TIMES NOT MET, PROMISES ARE CHEAP. THREE DAYS FOR A FLAT TIRE AND OIL CHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
