Lie #1. Tuesday afternoon I called, had to leave a message, called Wednesday, had to leave a message.Wed. afternoon called main number, got a person. They didn't know anything...somebody will call back. Lie #2 Wed, leave a message twice, talk to a person, call back Lie #3, Thursday, same thing. Lie #4. Thursday night messaged back and forth with a new car salesman on Facebook, who promised to get me help. Someone did call...promised to send E-mails to all service people. Friday morning my son took me out there, talked to the new manager, who had to go find the car and came back to tell me I had a bad battery. More

Greg Ford did his usual outstanding job. I highly recommend this dealership for not only purchasing vehicles but also service after the sale. I have been a customer since the mid 80's & have I highly recommend this dealership for not only purchasing vehicles but also service after the sale. I have been a customer since the mid 80's & have owned nearly every brand of American made car & truck. I continue to return to Don Davis after straying to other brands. Their customer service is a cut above. More
It took 5.1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I I don't think I have to say much more than 5.1/2 hours for an oil change, check up and tire rotation. At 12;00 I had to ask for an update on my service. Was told my car was next in line and would take about 40 mins. I have been doing business with Don Davis for a long time and have never had this happen before. I should have been told when I checked my car in that the service center was running behind. So I could have rescheduled a time to bring it in. The reason for making an appointment is so you don't have to wait 5.1/2 hours. Again this is the first time this has happen and I hope the last time. More
times have changed 2 hours and 15 min for a oil change and i was 2nd in line. service advisor looked like he was lost. i told him that i had a recall and he didn't see 2 hours and 15 min for a oil change and i was 2nd in line. service advisor looked like he was lost. i told him that i had a recall and he didn't seem to know what i was talking about. i didn't want to get it fixed buy inquiry about it and maybe get it scheduled. i went on tuesday to get the change but mr personality at the end office said it would be a 3 hour wait. part of the reason why i waited for the next morning. i wasn't the only unhappy customer in the lobby. 2 other lady customers were madder than me. something has to change to keep my business. i use to brag about the dealership. my friend went to Mitsubishi and got his oil change in 30 minutes. he laughed at me..the rep was in daniel reyes old office...peters was not my rep fred More

Horrible - 5 years of using them, and they have lost it. I bought my truck here ($60k truck), they are the only ones who service it, they don't vacuum or wash it or offer loaners - they will if you buy a Lin I bought my truck here ($60k truck), they are the only ones who service it, they don't vacuum or wash it or offer loaners - they will if you buy a Lincoln, even though my truck cost as much or more than many of the lincolns...I got over that because there big truck service manage -Joe- was so good. They sent Joe to the dodge shop and ever since, the level of service is near zero. 2 visits back, my service writer forgot to send the courtesy car and suggested I get an uber since it was so late in the day. The recent visit was HORRIBLE - they service writer had to be corrected twice on the details of my issues, then it took 6 hours and multiple people to get me an update...I repeatedly asked for the service manager...I never found out who my actual writer was. Finally a day and a half into this fiasco, the svc mgr calls me likes hes on a white horse to save the day. My oil was changed, u-joints replaced and brakes done. Unfortunately, brakes still squeal, but am leaving for Thanksgiving and cant drop truck off till I get back. They say service sells.....believe me, when I replace this truck in the next 12-15 months (now this same truck is $70k+)....it will be with a dealer that understands that a $70k vehicle is a $70k vehicle and should get the same consideration that my neighbors $40k Toyota gets ...wash/vaccuum/loaner AND a timely update without the 25 minute wait times to talk to a human because of some sorry central phone service/bank not at the dealer. So sad to see what a fine truck shop go to h*ll in a hand basket. More
