Excellent Service Provider I had to have a lot done with regular service, electronics in the steering wheel out of service, and a recall item. Jason, my service adviser kept me informed of the progress. When parts were not available in a timely manner I was provided with a loaner vehicle. I would recommend Don Davis Ford to all. More

Much better than the last service visit Overall this 20,000 mile service went well. Our 15,000 mile service which included a check for squeaky rear breaks took 5 days. Recalls and Missing Hardware The only service problem I have ever had is recalls without parts available and fastener bolts on lower front fairing missing after oil changes. I have had some pretty serious recalls on my certified used car and none of the recalls were stocked with parts except the emergency LH door lock failure when I had to tie the 2 front doors together to get the car to the shop.
