What's the point of appointments? Made a service appointment on Monday of that week for 10am on last Friday for routine maintenance. I show up and Jody tells me that the appointments are only there to see what service I need and not a service appointment and that it would take 3 hours. Like seriously? It's obvious that all you care about in money over warranty service. I've gone 3 times and only gotten service twice and all the visits have been frustrating. If there's a way to get my $3,000 back please let me know. If not, then I am never buying another vehicle for myself or anyone else from a Ford Dealership, and plan about 2 days of out of the week just to service my car when it needs it. More

Oil change and rotate tires. They did good job but since I decided to wait for it to be done I had to wait about 2 hours. Recommend dropping the vehicle off if you can. Not a great service I am usually satisfied with my service however my last visit didn’t go very well. The service person was not helpful and very hard to work with. I never received a phone call giving me an update on my vehicle and my messages were never returned. My vehicle was brought in at 8:00 am and I didn’t pick up until 5:00.
