Service tech The service tech assigned to me was not informative, and did not appear to care. When I asked questions I did not get an answer. I made several calls The service tech assigned to me was not informative, and did not appear to care. When I asked questions I did not get an answer. I made several calls in to the Center, asking when my truck would be available or repaired. I never received call backs with that information. I had to drive by to see if the truck was done. When I got there I asked if the vehicle would be done that day. She said "probably not" but then another service person said that it was finished. I felt that when I asked questions she was just making things up so she would not have to deal with me. Overall disappointed with the service. Also I asked several time if the work would be covered under the warranty, took her a while to figure that out too. More
