However, you got the part the next day, returned my car fixed and with a fresh wash, and waived charges. Well done. More

Clark knew that I was wanting a diesel and he never gave up. He told me about a truck that he had and I liked it so much I traded my 2016 in for my first diesel truck. Great service with a smile. Before I begin let me just say that this was without a doubt the best service experience I have ever had with a dealership. Normally getting an appoin Before I begin let me just say that this was without a doubt the best service experience I have ever had with a dealership. Normally getting an appointment would be a hassle and the service would take a week at the least. Excuses would be given as to why its taken so long to complete the repair and I would have been forced to wait while my vehicle was being held hostage. I expected no different from Don Davis ford and Steven Lynn although I soon found I was mistaken. Steven assured me with complete confidence that the repairs would be done no later than the 14th. To make sure this happened he and the rest of the service staff strove to make that deadline possible. Due to the diligence of the service staff at Don Davis Ford I will now recommend all my friends and family to them. More
