I took my my truck to Don Davis Ford service department with a safety concern. Marc Prestwood schedule the service for approximately one month later. After dropping off my vehicle I had to call Mr. Prest with a safety concern. Marc Prestwood schedule the service for approximately one month later. After dropping off my vehicle I had to call Mr. Prestwood find out if my vehicle was ready to be picked up. After reading the service receipt I find out that they could not duplicate the problem I am having. I called to talk with Marc Prestwood and left him a voicemail and I’m still awaiting a response.
