My experience with the service center was turning into a bad one until Carina Thompson took over and saved the day. Chris Dickerson does not communicate well. I first tried texting since he told me that was the best way to contact him. Well, when those went unanswered, I started calling and every time I was told he would call me back. That never happened and I had called so many times I asked my daughter to stop by because I needed to know what was wrong with the vehicle and what needed to be done. The only response I got from him was a text stating the vehicle needed a tune up. Wouldn't you know it as it turned out it didn't. Fun fact: I read the Google reviews while I was waiting on a call back and found that communication seems to be the biggest issue with this service department which is why I sent my daughter. The only way my vehicle will ever go back to this service department is if I know for sure that Carina would be the advisor. She explained in detail what was wrong with the vehicle, what needed to be done, and how long it would take. That's all I needed to know in the beginning. More

Poor customer service. Untimely response to phone calls. Craftsmanship was poor. Had to take auto to another repair shop to correct issue. This was the worst experience i have ever had at a ford dealership Our first trip here we got "Nacho" Nacho started off decent, one of the newer trucks we just purchased came with the Maintenace program, dealership Our first trip here we got "Nacho" Nacho started off decent, one of the newer trucks we just purchased came with the Maintenace program, which i thought covered fuel filters on the diesel truck, But apparently doesn't. I approved to pay for this and nacho was going to really take care of us on it and get it done. We picked up the truck and went on with business once completed. We went back a little bit longer for the next service and that is when we met Carina, Carina got the truck in and took care of it, i asked about the fuel filters when we should do it and it was then discovered that the fuel filters where not done the previous trip, like i was told they were. Apparently, the service "Advisor" had gone in and deleted the fuel filter service... For whatever reason, So the heck with my 15K fuel system and making sure it maintained right...? Moving forward i scheduled some recall work with Carina then, for the cameras on my truck also mentioned that the truck is shifting hard and i don't like it. Not for a newer truck like this. We bring the truck back in as scheduled, unfortunately carina was out that day, so they put us back with "Nacho"... Nacho checked the truck in, we were told probably a a few days to a week to get the truck checked out and recalls taken care of etc.etc.etc... two weeks go by, no update from Nacho, I called in and he told me its being worked on he will give me a call me and give me a update on that Friday. Friday came and went, Saturday did to. Monday i got nothing but a text message saying "sorry Blake working on this"... Okay, working on what???? No update's io called again, he was busy was supposed call me back later that day, no call. Got ahold of him at the end of the week he told me that the recalls where takin care of and its going to the shop for the transmission, Okay great. Was supposed t get another update from him, got nothing. Here comes that Friday, i got him on the phone he told me its in the shop, he will call me by 3:00pm if i can come get it, and it should be done. 3:00 PM came and went i got busy with Business and my day slipped away so i wasn't able to call in. I called in Saturday, the guy that answered told me nacho was off, and the service tech was off also and there for zero notes in the system about the truck.... Okay... great.... Called back Monday and, granted i was pretty mad at this point, nothing but run around, I requested Carina to take over, and she did. She jumped in, i explained everything to her in detail including if y'all need to keep my truck for a year, i don't care. I just want communication. Thats all I want, where all busy, i have customers as well and i update them. Just a little bit of care goes along way. She told me she would call me back in 20 minutes with a update, she called me back in 15 and told me everything, the truck had not had the recalls fixed yet a had not been to the transmission shop. Which really didn't surprise me. None the less, i asked her when she thought it would go in and when i could expect a update, she told me she would call me Wednesday with some info, I didn't bother her once, she did call me and told me it was going in and no update at the moment but she will keep me updated, she called me Thursday and told us that it should be ready Friday explained what the transmission was doing, and its being looked at got a couple other things taken care of while it was there as well. She had the truck ready for me on Friday afternoon and we got it picked up. I really appreciate Carina. Thats the only reason I'm giving 5 stars, I understand that one employee doesn't represent the hole business, but if it wasn't for carina I would have given one star, as far as nacho his communication sucks and dishonesty is really disappointing. I'm still out of pocket $500 with a truck that down shifts hard still and the recall's where not even taken care of through all of this. More
Came in and needed safety features check along with regular maintenance. Dawn listened to my concerns and was able to fit me in on short notice.
