Our experience was not good. We had our truck in several times for the same reason-the entertainment center did not work correctly. Also, we continue to get recalls on our truck so that is always ANOTHER trip to the dealership. The entertainment center, again, could not be fixed unless it was sent somewhere else (I don't remember where) for at least 3 days. We were also told we had to pay for the oil change. We said that was incorrect. After calling "someone", they found out we still have 1.5 years on our oil change agreement. John, our contact, was helpful and courteous. We are not impressed with the service for repairs. We feel there is room for improvement in the service department. More
