My experience there wasn’t great. I was there specifically for a service on my supercharger and opted to just go ahead and do the 70k service. As part of that service, the supercharger was to get new oil. So good so far. But that was it. The dealership is depressing and doesn’t evoke any sense of excitement, courtesy, Orr comfort. It had to be the most outdated customer lobby and show room I've ever seen. After waiting on the most uncomfortable lounge for 3 hours, I was told that they actually didn't have the oil on hand and their driver could have it back on FOUR HOURS!. I told him to wrap the other services up and I could come back once they had the oil. He then came back to tell me that I needed to pay for the service in advance. What??? Whomever advised him to come and tell me that basically guaranteed that I wouldn't be coming back to that dealer nor taking my Armada to the Nissan deafer in Arlington. I lost all trust in the Davis brand y that point. If the service is part of a package you include on this particular service why would I be asked to not only wait four hours, but also be asked to pay $124, up front?
