The service with this dealership is SO hit or miss. First experience I waited FOUR!!! hours for an oil change because they also lost my keys! Second experience was fine, no issues And my third expe First experience I waited FOUR!!! hours for an oil change because they also lost my keys! I arrived for my scheduled appointment and they told me to come back the next week. I did and they took care of my recall. The service person called me and asked me to give them a start rating or else he w to come back the next week. I did and they took care of my recall. The service person called me and asked me to give them a start rating or else he would get in trouble and offered me a free tank of gas in exchange for this. Late I got a cash from the service manager. As an apology they came and picked up my car to do a free detailing an fill up of gas of my car and brought me a loaner. 3 days later they returned my car and it had gas, but wasn't detailed, want even vacuumed. I can't the service manager about this multiple times and he never replied. Unprofessional and inept. More
