The young man that wrote up my repair was great but needs to keep people informed more. Also needs to understand that he would be better off on something’s to explain it could take longer like checking needs to keep people informed more. Made a reservation, tech didn’t see it. Gave the tech a list of things. Had to have ot sent back in to do state inspection, got home and saw that some other stuff wasn’t done.
