I find it hard to believe that it takes 3 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation and a car wash. I know things are tough right know but you need to step up you game in the service dept. They took a while to get me checked in for my oil change. They had no shuttle as I needed one and have got rides by shuttle multiple times before. Their service was very slow. They have no responsibility, they promise and they do not act. They repeatedly canceled my appointment from February to last week. They did not behave respectfully at all. They misdiagnosed.
