Kept car for 9 hrs for oil change, was told at 3:00 finish oil change and washing car. Called back at 6:10 after not hearing from them for three hours. Fed up, drove to Dealership, arrived 6:30 at whic finish oil change and washing car. Called back at 6:10 after not hearing from them for three hours. Where do I begin!!! Had to rent a car $500 because of no loaners. Had my car 3 days telling me nothing was wrong. I drive off the lot and the first stop light the error code message comes up. The transmission issue was supposed to be normal and part of the “design” yet, the rocking motion never occurred before owning the car 6 months??? Service advisor never returned calls, only answered his phone once in all my calls to check status. Day it was ready he supposedly called yet, I had my phone with me all day. Cost 2 extra days with the rental (and daily late charges because they didn’t extend it when I called, that’s another negative review for that company). I’ll be taking it to my reliable Ford dealership in Fort Worth where my family and myself have bought all our Fords for 25+ years. I live and work in Arlington now and ended up buying this car at Don Davis. Had service department issues here with my prior Escape. I’m just giving of several chances and hopeful of change. Just out of location convenience. Never again!!! Don’t recommend Marc Presswood. I honestly don’t think it was even looked at by our conversations. More

In the years I have been having my vehicle serviced at Don Davis Ford, Krystal is by far the most efficient, knowledgeable and customer friendly individual I have worked with.
