Very difficult to contact someone in service. Got passed around from one answering service to another. Was told they had cameras in stock and to drop it off at 11am. I did so and by 3:00 no call or upda around from one answering service to another. Was told they had cameras in stock and to drop it off at 11am. I did so and by 3:00 no call or update. I called and after getting passed around again I was able to finally contact someone in service and they hadn’t even pulled my truck in the bay. I live in Arlington but will be driving to Grapevine Ford or David McDavid for service and work going forward. Very poor experience. More

Even though it took an hr and a half to get an oil change when there were only 2 other customers there. Even though they did a RUSH job and completed it in less than 10 minutes after I complained.
