I had been in contact with a fairly new sales person named Joshua and his finance manager (unable to recall his name). I had spoken to Joshua a few times over the phone regarding potentially purchasing named Joshua and his finance manager (unable to recall his name). I had spoken to Joshua a few times over the phone regarding potentially purchasing a Hyundai Palisade all wheel drive prior to driving two hours to the dealership. I did a test drive of a 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. I informed him of my price range. Joshua said that shouldn't be a problem with my credit score. However, when I spoke with the financial manager he said that was impossible. The financial manger was very aggressive with his approach. I had attempted to walk out. He convinced me to come back and let him work his number to work within my budget. I told him multiple times I didn't want to follow through with the purchase. After, I walked away again, the financial manager continued to aggressively attempt to get me to purchase a vehicle. I had informed Joshua at some point that I was feel irritated. When I asked what the purchase price was for the other vehicle was, I was told the computer was down. I was there from about 12:30 to almost 5 pm. I strongly advise anyone looking to purchase a car to avoid Clay Cooley Hyundai-Dallas. More

I've purchase several vehichles over the years including 9 Hyundai's, but no one has provided service like Clay Cooley Hyundai of Dallas. I was having issues with my 2025 Tucson and I will admit, I brought 9 Hyundai's, but no one has provided service like Clay Cooley Hyundai of Dallas. I was having issues with my 2025 Tucson and I will admit, I brought it in a few times due to technical issues but Lauren Pena (Service Advisor), and her mechanic and technical team in the Service department were relentless in solving the issue. There are a million dealerships out there, but what sets the staff at Clay Cooley apart is the fact that they care about their customers and provide first class service. My salesman Courtney always comes by to check on me and my husband whenever we are having Service done. I would encourage anyone looking for a new or used purchase to stop by Clay Cooley and ask for Salesman Courtney, and once you purchase your new or used Hyundai please ask for Service Advisor Lauren in the Service department.
