According to the diagnostic sheet we received, the car was not drive so the technician could experience the problem we are having. Also, it mention nothing about the front right tire being looked at an f was not drive so the technician could experience the problem we are having. This same tire was replace shortly after we purchased our car and was rotated a few months ago with out ever being balanced. More

Not all of the service I asked for, was not completed.
