I bought a used car from CC Dallas in spring of this year. I brought it in for first oil change and a loose part during warranty period. I was told by Stanley that the part was ordered and I would get a year. I brought it in for first oil change and a loose part during warranty period. I was told by Stanley that the part was ordered and I would get an email/text when it was delivered. Weeks later I called to check on it and he said it wasn’t ordered. He said he ordered it that time and later I did get the text that it was there so I called Stanley to make an appt. When I brought my car in I was told that the part was sent back. No explanation why. He ordered it again and the third time, it was finally installed however Stanley said it needed to be painted and he would call me when he had a loaner car available for me. That was approximately 3 weeks ago and I have yet to hear from anyone at CC Dallas. More
