I wanted to get a used vehicle so I applied online through the website. After a couple of minutes, I did not get a call. So I called the number on the website and spoke with Elexus. After providing my information, she said she will call me back. After 15 minutes, she asked if I had any credit and needed a co-signer. I told her that I have purchased cars in the past and my credit report is not new. FYI, a few minutes later my TransUnion was pulled via notification from credit karma. She said that she was going to check back with her manager and call me back. I have not received a call back yet. This was a very poor customer service experience. More
