Had a 10am appointment and they didn’t get my vehicle on the rack until 12. 2.5 hours is fine with no appointment but this should have be the time. According to the diagnostic sheet we received, the car was not drive so the technician could experience the problem we are having. Also, it mention nothing about the front right tire being looked at an f was not drive so the technician could experience the problem we are having. Not all of the service I asked for, was not completed.
