I like the way the service managers keep their customers informed about the work being done to my car and the way they don’t push the updates. They make suggestions and back off. It feels like every time that I go in there I have to pay $200 for some sort of diagnostic. A few weeks back I brought in one of my cars that another dealership told me that he had a bad engine or that the e $200 for some sort of diagnostic. I brought it in and they called me two days later they charged me $200 to tell me that the engine was out which I already knew. Just feels like every time I go in money comes out of my pocket. More
