Only reason used CC this time was because of coupon saying will be done in 45 minutes or less or it's free. Usually takes them 2-3 hours. Service person came to me after 20 minutes to let me know That saying will be done in 45 minutes or less or it's free. Usually takes them 2-3 hours. Said fine, that I understood it over 45 minutes it was free. This surprised the tech, and all of a sudden, they got my car in and had it done in time. Then when paying, found out that if paying by credit card, they add on a 3pct "convenience fee" More

Actually this was a great experience. I have multiple GM products and this dealership was way more responsive and much easier to deal with when it comes to service.
