Service advisor was not good. Dwayne I believe. I brought it in for a headlight issue and recalls. He must be used to talking to people that don’t know what they are talking about Dwayne I believe. I was not explained that I would be charged a $200 diag fee and got nothing out of it. I would have done a service to avoid paying the diag but was not explained that. He was very green when it comes to his job. Not happy with the service advisor. More

I took my son’s car in under recall for an antilock brake condition. They changed out the fuse, but also did an overall inspection on his car and offered to do this maintenance as well in a low pressure envi condition. I chose not to have the other work done but at least they took the time to let me know what things I needed to address. After they finished with my car, they brought it back clean and washed! Wayne did a great job keeping me in the loop during the whole process and the lady who works next to him was also very kind answering some recall questions I had and had an infectious smile which puts people at ease and just lets people like myself know there is a safe place to ask questions. More
