The Service Manger is amazing but the service tech that was in charge of my cars service was wonderful. His name is Wayne. Still has my car, this is the fourth time in 30k of new car ownership it has been in the shop. Each time I have to take it while it's happening as they state they cannot recreate the issue. But I've had car ownership it has been in the shop. Each time I have to take it while it's happening as they state they cannot recreate the issue. The car will not accelerate even with pushing the pedal completely to the floor, it also will not downshift and this causes it to not be able to get to highway speeds causing an extremely dangerous situation to everyone in the car.
