A service representative greeted me as soon as I arrived at the service bay. She asked me a few questions and then explained the work they were going to perform. She took me inside to show me where I coul at the service bay. She asked me a few questions and then explained the work they were going to perform. She took me inside to show me where I could wait. The waiting area was very nice. They had two tv’s on with coffee, water and snacks. As I was waiting a salesman walked by and asked how I was doing. He sat down with me to talk. He asked what type of vehicle I owned and what I liked about it. He was very nice and listened to me. I told him that I love my new Tucson N-Line Hybrid. He even gave me tips on some of its features that I wasn’t aware of. Once my vehicle was done being serviced, they explained what was serviced and showed me to my car. This was my first maintenance and included an oil and filter change, tire rotation and a car wash, all at no charge. I was impressed with the professional staff and gorgeous new building. More

Took the car right in and told us it would take about an hour to an hour and half. I don't think it was even 45 minutes so we didn't have to wait long.
