The Service Representative made me feel like she did not care about my problem. At night I have “Headlight System Malfunction. Have the Vehicle Inspected.’ She said I would have to pay $189 to have it diagn care about my problem. At night I have “Headlight System Malfunction. When I explained I had the Platinum Service policy, she said I would have to find out if the repair would be covered. I was not happy with her at all! I will not go back. More
