We just didn’t love the fact that we had to work to get to the online pricing, and still didn’t completely get the price we had hoped for based on the Wed site pricing… in the end lesson learned… but the buying process was simple and we are happy with the car. Overall, it was a good experience! They replaced a cracked windshield and delivered the vehicle to our home once completed. Once I pointed it out the finance manager, Kevin, redrafted the contract and I was able to resign electronically. Hopefully, it was all due to a misunderstanding, but it did bother me and changed the experience that otherwise seemed excellent. More
