I found the dealership to be very well maintained and the staff to be very courteous. I'm give the Service Advisor, Yevette Charit, a”10”. She did an awesome job in keeping me updated on the service. BUT, my car still has the same problem that I brought it in for, not starting. I was told that it wasn't the battery, ended up getting an oil change. What I came there for was not eradicated. I STILL HAVE A PROBLEM. So for that I rate "0" (Poor) More

Kevin Gonzales was the financial manager that did the paperwork for my new car. He was professional, knowledgeable and diligent in making sure that everything in the contract was correct. It was done on paperwork for my new car. He was professional, knowledgeable and diligent in making sure that everything in the contract was correct. It was done on a timely basis and he indicated on each sheet were signatures were required. He answered all questions I had and made me feel very comfortable with the process.
