Service rep, Norma Mitcham, is amazing! !! Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. During our phone call to make the appointment, she listened and made accurate notes of my concerns. She o !! Once I arrived for my appointment, I was quickly approached by Michael who was very friendly and courteous and took my vehicle to the service area. He informed me that he would notify Norma that he had checked my vehicle in. He showed me to the waiting area and offered refreshments available. Norma introduced herself a few minutes later and thank me for my customer loyalty. She kept me updated during the entire time my vehicle was serviced. She was courteous and attentive; every time she came to let me know what was being done to my car and how long it would take, she would asked me if I needed anything. The waiting area was comfortable and I appreciated refreshments since I did not had time to eat lunch before the appointment. I recommend Clay Cooley Nissan in Irving to my family and friends. More
