At first they were very helpful with the purchase of my vehicle. The seller didnt know much detail about the vehicle. They said they would help me refinance my car after some months due to abusive rates vehicle. The seller didnt know much detail about the vehicle. They said they would help me refinance my car after some months due to abusive rates from the bank but when I came back to talk to them about refinancing, all they wanted to do is sell a new car. They made me spend more than 4 hours just to try to make me buy a newer vehicle. They also sold me a vehicle a vehicle with a cracked windshield, which i agreed since they told me i could have that fixed since my car was 'certified pre owned', which included coverage for dent repain, windshield repair, etc. But when i called the company to change my windshield, they told me that the repair that I was asking wasnt allowed. They also didnt tell me that the dent repain was only for metal parts of the car, not included the bumps. Hiding/not telling me those informations was dishonest. Overall my experience was not good. I don't want to buy a car with them anymore and would not recommend the dealership. IF you decide to go there, be very careful with the deal and contract you are signing. More
