Went in trying to find the issue on why my car was overheating. Dropped off the car at 8am, tried calling my advisor a couple of times and left messages, and didn’t hear back til 230 from a complete d overheating. Said the car had no issue, picked it up, and the car was overheating within 20 minutes. They had my car for 8 hours and did absolutely nothing and provided no communication. It was a holiday weekend, and my car was undriveable by the next day. They wasted my time and money. Spoke to a different advisor who said he would help me with my bad experience and take care of the service I had already paid for, and then he also ghosted me despite me calling again for days and also leaving messages. Week later, no word. More
