They have a very nice, clean, and comfortable waiting area for you while waiting on your car. The guys are there outside waiting on you when you drop off your car. There’s never a long wait. When I went to pick up my vehicle my front license plate was bent. Nobody mentioned it and it felt like they were going to let it slide and only fix it if I spoke up about it. Also the vehicle was washed wi was bent. Nobody mentioned it and it felt like they were going to let it slide and only fix it if I spoke up about it. Also the vehicle was washed without asking if I wanted my vehicle washed. I would have said no because of the swirl marks that can be caused by an automatic washer. Transparency and integrity are important to me, neither of which I felt were achieved. More

I’d rather deal with a shade tree mechanic than these ppl. The customer service is horrible as well.
