As a follow up to an email I sent to the general manager, I received a call from the "Director of used car sales, Mr. Benavidez" on Monday morning apologizing for the poor experience and stating that he'd find me the car I wanted and would get back to me by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. I didn't hear back again until Friday around 4PM. Too, late. At least have the courtesy to call and say I don't have what you need just yet, but will get back to you in a day or two. I took my business elsewhere and was very satisfied with the service.
