I stopped at 2 other dealers before going to Clay Clooley and I was very frustrated. As soon as I got there I appreciated the friendly sales person who patiently showed me the cars available and explained my and I was very frustrated. As soon as I got there I appreciated the friendly sales person who patiently showed me the cars available and explained my options without being pushy. Once I decided which one I wanted the Manager and loan officer helped me get the best deal in a short amount of time. I really appreciate that they didn’t waste my time. It might sound like a cliche but I actually felt like I was doing business with a good friend. I am very happy with my new Jetta! I highly recommend this dealer! More

I appreciate the service from the thus dealership; but, felt taken advantage of with the cost for a new battery and an oil change. $698.00 is a bit outrageous. It has made me re-think my next auto purchase from a 2026 Atlas upgrade to another automaker entirely. Also, the grinding, watery sound in my front end because of poor quality rotors has been disappointing. My past VW service visits have been very good. But, this visit has my full on attention to cost for maintenance in my future automotive decision. More

I scheduled an appointment for 10:30. I arrived about 10:15. About 11:30 they came back to tell me they couldn’t unlatch my hood and was unable to complete my service. Then to be tol I arrived about 10:15. About 11:30 they came back to tell me they couldn’t unlatch my hood and was unable to complete my service. Then to be told that the repair would be over 700$ which in itself is frustrating considering only you and Hendricks have served my car. More
